Your Internet Service Is Now Powered by Highline — Here’s What You Need to Know

We’re excited to share that your internet service provider is transitioning from 906 Technologies to Highline.   Highline is committed to superior customer service and support.  Your current monthly service price will not change. As part of the transition, your account has been moved to Highline’s billing and payment platforms and how you receive your statement and pay your bill will change.   Highline ONLY accepts major credit /debit cards for payment.  Your card will automatically be charged for your monthly services and  you can easily log on to your customer portal and obtain your receipt.   

What You Need To Do:

  • Once you are logged in, select Auto Pay, New Credit Card and enter your credit card information.  The card provided will be charged monthly for your services.  The site is secure and allows us to authenticate accounts and protect against fraud.
  • No Surcharges: Unlike many competitors, Highline does not charge any additional fees when you use your credit or debit card for payment.
  • Due Date: Your first payment will be due on July 1, 2025, and the card you place on your portal will be charged that day.
