Important Update: New Equipment & Billing Process for Your Highline Service

As part of our commitment to enhancing your internet experience, Highline is excited to announce we will be upgrading your service to our best-in-class network and equipment. The upgrade will be free of charge and will include a new in-home router and access to HighlineFast applications that will give you the ability to manage your home network and provide access to ProtectIQ and ExperienceIQ.  For more about these applications, please visit:  https://highlinefast.com/residential/highlinefast-app 

Important information regarding invoices and payment options: As part of this upgrade, your account has been moved to Highline’s billing and payment platforms.  Your current monthly rate will remain the same.  Highline ONLY accepts major credit /debit cards for payment.  Your card will automatically be charged for your monthly services and you can easily log on to your customer portal and obtain your receipt.

  • Once you are logged in, select Auto Pay, New Credit Card and enter your credit card information.  The card provided will be charged monthly for your services.  The site is secure and allows us to authenticate accounts and protect against fraud.  

  • FREE WiFi Equipment Upgrade: Once your online account and credit card information is setup on the customer portal, one of our friendly Customer Experience Representatives will reach out to schedule your upgrade.

  • No Surcharges: Unlike many competitors, Highline does not charge any additional fees when you use your credit or debit card for payment.
