Important Update: Your Business Account Has Moved to Highline Billing

We’re excited to share some important information regarding your business internet service with Highline. Your account has been moved to Highline’s billing and payment platforms and how you receive your statement and pay your bill will change. Your current monthly service price will not change. 

What You Need To Do:

 

  • Your statement will now be emailed to your email address. No statements will be mailed.
  • Payments: You can set up recurring payments or make a one-time payment on the customer portal (see instructions below), call 888-212-0054 or mail your payment to the address on the statement.   
    • No Surcharges: Unlike many competitors, Highline does not charge any additional fees when you use your credit or debit card for payment.
  • Setup your personal customer portal:  https://highlinefast.com/my-account
  • Once you are logged in, select Auto Pay, New Credit Card and enter your credit card information. The card provided will be charged monthly for your services.  The site is secure and allows us to authenticate accounts and protect against fraud. 
  • Highline statement: Your first statement will be emailed to you on July 1, 2025, and is due by July 20th to avoid a late charge.
