Highline Refer-a-Friend Program – Terms & Conditions

As a participant in Highline’s Refer-a-Friend Program (the “Program”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions in addition to Highline’s general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

  • The Program is open only to Highline residential customers who are 18 years of age or older and have a Highline account in good standing.

  • The Referred Customer must also be a new residential customer who installs and activates qualifying Highline services.

2. Qualified Referrals

  • To be a Qualified Referral:

    • The Advocate (referring customer) must complete the referral form at www.highlinefast.com/referral.

    • The Referred Customer must install and activate qualifying service(s) at the referred address within 30 days of the referral.

    • The Referred Customer must maintain those services in good standing for at least 90 consecutive days after installation.

3. Rewards

  • Both the Advocate and the Referred Customer are eligible to receive a $50 Visa gift card after the Referred Customer’s qualifying services have been installed and maintained for 90 days.

  • Rewards are limited to one per Qualified Referral.

  • If services are cancelled, downgraded, or changed during the 90-day period, eligibility for the reward may be reduced or forfeited.

  • The Advocate’s Highline account must remain in good standing to receive rewards.

4. Program Rules

  • Referrals must be submitted through the official referral form; other referral methods are not eligible.

  • Business accounts, bulk referrals, and self-referrals are not permitted.

  • Participants must comply with all applicable laws, including “anti-spam” regulations.

5. General Conditions

  • Highline reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants and referrals.

  • Highline may withhold or cancel rewards if fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms is suspected.

  • Highline reserves the right to modify or cancel the Program at any time, at its sole discretion.

  • Unclaimed rewards will be forfeited if the Program is terminated.
