Highline Refer-A-Friend Program – Terms & Conditions

We love when our customers share Highline with friends and family! That’s why we created the Refer-A-Friend Program (“Program”). By referring someone, placing a new order as a result of a referral, or otherwise participating, you agree to these Program Terms.

Highline may update or change participation requirements at any time.


Who Can Participate?

To qualify for rewards, both you (Advocate) and your friend (Referred Customer) must meet these requirements:

Referring Customer (Advocate): Must be a current Highline residential internet customer in good payment standing.

Referred Customer: Must be a new residential customer in a Highline service area who signs up for qualifying internet service at HighlineFast.com.

  • “New” means they have not had Highline service in the past 90 days.
  • They must install and activate service within 60 days of the referral and maintain an account in good standing for at least 60 days.

Important: Referrals must be submitted through your unique referral link from your Highline dashboard. Referrals not submitted this way are not eligible for rewards.


Rewards

When all program requirements are met, both you and your friend receive a reward!

  • Referred Customer: $50 prepaid reward card after installing qualifying service. (Limit: one reward per new customer.)
  • Advocate: $50 prepaid reward card for each successful referral (up to 10 per calendar year, maximum $500).

Rewards may not be combined with other promotions. The Program is void where prohibited.


How to Redeem

After all requirements are satisfied, both the Advocate and Referred Customer will receive a redemption email with a link and PIN code.

  1. Follow the link, enter the code, and confirm your mailing address and email.
  2. Check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see the email.
  3. If you still can’t find it, email [email protected].

You must claim your reward card within 365 days of receiving the email. Highline is not responsible for unclaimed, late, or lost cards.


Limits & Expiration

  • Each customer can earn up to 10 rewards per calendar year ($500 total).
  • Prepaid reward cards expire 365 days after issuance. Any unused funds will expire at that time.
  • Cards may not be transferred, assigned, or redeemed for cash.

Program Changes & Termination

Highline may update, suspend, or end the Refer-A-Friend Program at any time. Rewards, eligibility, and participation criteria may change at Highline’s sole discretion.

Highline also reserves the right to disqualify participants for fraud, abuse, misuse, harassment, or any activity that compromises the fairness or integrity of the Program.

Any updated Terms will always be posted at HighlineFast.com.
