What You Need to Do Before the Upgrade:
- Save Voicemails: Current voicemail messages will not transfer. Save them by recording to a personal device while playing them back.
- Document Call Handling Settings: Features like Call Forwarding and Do Not Disturb will not transfer.
Setting Up Your New User Portal:
- Look for a welcome email from Highline with instructions to set up your portal account.
- Use the portal to customize features and re-enable settings like Call Forwarding and Do Not Disturb.
Voicemail and Greetings:
- Activate Voicemail: Access the new voicemail box with *98. The default PIN is 1234; you’ll need to set a new one.
- Re-record Greetings: Current voicemail greetings won’t transfer. After the upgrade, dial *98 and follow prompts to record a new greeting.
- Voicemail to Email: This feature is disabled by default and may need to be reconfigured in the portal if you choose to use this feature.
