Our installation process is designed to be simple and straightforward. It typically begins with an initial appointment to mark utilities and figure out the best location for your ONT (Optical Network Terminal) and router.
Once your home is ready for service, we’ll schedule your installation. During the appointment, a technician will:
- Run a fiber line from a nearby pedestal to your home.
- Bring the fiber-optic cable into your home through a small drilled entry point.
- Install the ONT, set up your router, and connect your service.
